Flow is a web-based rapid authoring flash application authoring tool. FLOW can be used to create Flash learning objects quickly and is at the heart of our rapid production methodology.

If that is not enough each step of the way you can enhance user experience by adding resources, glossary, narration audio, images or animations as well as creating your own text animations.
