C-Learning partnered with I Training Solutions a Victorian based Registered Training Organisation to deliver a traineeship program to Netspace Online Systems. Netspace made a number of requirements for the program. It needed to: cover their internal systems and procedures be suitable as an induction program be delivered primarily online I Training is undertaking face to face training formal assessments and will issue qualifications. C-Learning is blending this with online delivery.

C-Learnings instructional designers worked with I Training to develop a blended program of face-to-face and online delivery that met the requirements of a Certificate III in Business Services. The online modules covered induction and procedure training product training and systems training. To date simulation builders have developed over 5 hours of simulated training programs on the clients help desk and billing systems and policies and procedures. The final modules will be completed in mid 2004 within the clients time requirements.

This project is in progress. The first two online modules have been released to staff with positive feedback. Computer simulations are delivered via a Learning Management System where staff can track progress. Online assessment tools have been incorporated in the solution to assist in the formal assessment process.
The remaining modules are in development for release in mid 2004.
