The Challenge |
Thor Technologies launched a new range of power protection products into the Australian Market in 2002. These were premium products designed for the discerning buyer. A retail distribution network was established but the key challenge was to deliver a low cost product training program to the retail sales network.
A fast and cost effective way to deliver training was needed one that would complement the in-store visits that were being conducted by sales representatives.

Our Work |
C-Learning designed an interactive training program for sales staff on the new range of power protection products. The program explained the features and benefits of the products as well as key sales propositions. A review quiz was incorporated in the program to re-inforce the major components of the training program.

The project delivered a high quality web site with simple to use training materials. This online solution was considered a critical component of getting this new range of products to market quickly and efficiently.
